Milla Pearl Sievers is a 24 year old passionate Production/Costume Designer and Art/Costume Assistant from Melbourne Victoria.
During Milla's years of studying an honours degree of Film and Television at Swinburne, Milla found a passion for creating beautiful worlds within different forms of visual expressions. Milla finds that production and costume design is very fulfilling as it's an area that is heavily involved during pre production and shooting and has the power to enhance the story and characters situations and worlds.
Milla's recent work has included production and costume designing four upcoming feature films including The Returned, Pure Scum, Chipped and Spark of a Wildfire.
Milla has also designed short films, TVC's, music videos and more.
As an art/costume department assistant Milla has worked on a range of content including features, television and predominantly TVCS. Recent work in 2025 has included Costume Runner on The Mongoose. Milla first gig was as an art department casual/intern on the award winning film Shayda.
Milla is currently part of One Stop Art Shop and the Australian Production Design Guild.
Outside of art/costume, Milla finished an internship at Film Art Media working along side Sue Maslin on the ABC documentary The Search for the Palace Letters. Milla has recently produced music videos including Groovy Chair and Fake Friends.
Milla also works as a production assistant & runner on the side and has have recently worked on TVC's and the series Triple Oh.
Milla has also worked casually as a production assistant in the office at Highway Casting, Poppet, Film Art Media, Sirap and Bengar Films.
Milla has her full licence and owns a Holden Astra Wagon
